a healthier me

yes. i wanna be healthy. HAHA.
first, i should thing healthy. right? right?
then i should sleep early.
i've been in insomnia lately. :'[
like i tend to sleep at 1 but i end up sleeping at 3 or 4.
i know. i know. its very bad. and i should do something bout it.
so i've done some research and stuff, HAHA.
[fr people having th same sleeping disoder, read lng :)]

  • don't drink too much alcohol
  • don't take naps during th day- no wonder. i always sleep. tsk3.
  • exercise and meditate, but not 3-4 hrs before bedtime
  • Don't have heavy meals, especially in the few hours before you go to bed.
  • If you can't sleep, get up and read until you feel sleepy or do something you find relaxing.
  • If you smoke, try to stop.puhlease!
  • set a time when you'll sleep and wake up.

due to my sleeping disorder, i get dizzy sometimes
so my sister[mel] and i decided to eat and enjoy th stars and fresh air in our balcony.
unfortunately, there weren't any stars tonight. :'[ but it was fun, we got to chat and all.
we seldom do that during school days. HAHA.
its a good sister bonding. teehee :]
[this is also being healthy- emotionally, right?]


its already 10:45 [wee~ 45. HAHA.]
so i gotta go :'[
